Faiq Mihlar, managing member of Heavner, Beyers & Mihlar, LLC, has been appointed to the Chapter 7 Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy. The Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy was created in March 2017, with the intent to inspect and update the consumer bankruptcy system in an open-forum setting. The Chapter 7 Committee is one of three (3) supporting sub-committees of the Commission. Mr. Mihlar will be serving on the Chapter 7 Committee alongside 14 other members.
